Excel in the training program, and you could be among the top 3-5 traders selected to join SM Capital Partners as a junior trader. Throughout the three-month course, you will master the fundamentals of the US equities markets, including L2 tape reading, technical analysis, and fundamental deal flow analysis. Additionally, you will learn dilution analysis, how to read US equities filings, and how to leverage them to your advantage. Our curriculum includes up to six different trading strategies, ensuring you find a system that suits your personality and trading style.

Join daily mentoring sessions to discuss trades as they arise in the market. These sessions feature traders from our desk who are actively making these trades with the firm's capital. This program is not for traders seeking to simply copy trades. Instead, we will show you setups worth mastering. You will need to put in the effort to perfect your execution and truly understand each trade.
